Fantastic buying experience at Newmarket Volvo. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Oksana and Alex. When I test drove the XC40 it was love at first spin. Oksana walked me through the entire process before waving goodbye on my way out of the lot. Her incredible customer service and great sense of humor made my buying experience all the more memorable and I am so grateful to her for that. She worked tirelessly to get me the best deal and did everything possible to make sure I was happy. I can say the same for Alex, who answered all of my questions with sincerity, backed by product knowledge that made me feel confident with my decision. I felt truly taken care of as a customer and especially enjoyed ‘the grand unveiling’ when Oksana and another staff member removed the satiny cover from my new vehicle. I felt like I was starring in my own Volvo commercial.
