Fabulous customer service from start to finish. It's evident that the employees at this location take great pride in their work. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. We purchased our Volvo XC90 from another location and had a pretty sour experience within hours after we purchased. We decided from then on that any servicing we would need, we would go to the Newmarket location and we're certainly glad we did. Moving forward, Newmarket Volvo will have our business for all of our needs. A couple of mentions - Mackenzie in service, such a kind young man. We also decided to purchase an extended warranty package and were introduced to Alex Mestre, one of the managers. He was incredibly helpful, and patient. Much appreciated.
